Gary Hubb --
Senior Project Manager
Gary has been a Civil War
Re-enactor for nearly 10 years. Most of his time in reenacting has
been with the "High Privates".
Having worked as a background
artist and production assistant on historical films on the east
coast, a little over four years ago he moved to Los Angeles, having
been recruited by Greystone Television. Greystone provides the lion's
share of the programming for the History Channel, including the Civil
War Combat series on which Gary shared duties as the 1st Assistant
Director.
Historical Entertainment has worked
on 13 separate episodes of this series which is how Gary and Russ
first got the opportunity to work together.
With Greystone, Gary worked on over
75 different shows including this series. About a year ago, he
transferred from Greystone Television to work with the original
Executive Producer of the American Idol show on FOX for some upcoming
shows.
Within this past year he has worked
with ABC on "The Bachelor" and "The Bachelorette" series and "Live In
Hollywood" on UPN. Currently he is working with the AD departments of
both "Cold Case" on CBS and "Line of Fire" on ABC.
A gifted screenwriter, he is
currently working on producing his own World War
II documentary.
Gary has also studied character
acting at the Stella Adler Theater in Hollywood with Michael
Dinelli.
