- Specialist production staff
- Owners of historical wardrobe items and props available for film use
- Owners of historical sites available as film locations

IMPORTANT: Please Read!
There is a $15 non-refundable application processing fee required with all new membership applications. Note: this is a ONE TIME fee, separate from the $35 annual dues. (You only pay the $15 application fee when you first apply, not when you renew.). This helps to cover the considerable administrative overheads in processing applications. Therefore, we think it's fair to pass on part of these costs to those who apply.
PHOTO REQUIRED: We cannot process your membership application without a photograph, as it's virtually impossible to cast you unless we have a record of what you look like. If you are applying online but are having trouble uploading your photographs, you may email them to the office.. Information on how to do this will be provided after you apply online. If you do not have access to a scanner or digital camera, you may mail your photographs to the H.E. office at 24550 Highfield Road, Cascade, MD 21719.
