services for historical filming projects, we also provide historical
event management and consulting services to historic sites and
preservation organizations.
Historical Entertainment CEO Russ
Richards served as head of the Western Maryland Heritage Foundation and
organized the South Mountain battle reenactment, which was widely
recognized as a groundbreaking event in being exceptionally
"campaigner friendly" for a mainstream Civil War event. He also
organized the Battle of Boonsboro event, which had over 100 cavalry
reenactors participating, as well "Marching Through Time", a
multi-period living history showing the military in various eras, and
a World War II event in Boonsboro.
